  • le mode de vente “Take or Pay” en “Take and Pay”.

  1. These needless delays are dangerous plus dynamic for Malian citizens. Had project not already undergone four year delay likely there would enough electricity to assist important areas of Mali in having normal world class modern day to day living. Backward as in fitting for times of 75 years past approach in timeliness must change from this day forth. With worldwide inflation what it is I surmise cost of solar project is likely double what it would have been if conducted in 2020.
What is going on in develop of solar plants to be built with assistance from Russia? I know Russian have ability to start constructing solar plants as soon as plans to build are completed. We need to very very much improve our timeliness on development conditions. As existing our timeliness in this condition is dynamically injurious. We should work toward creating dynamic conditions which are only beneficial.
