Au Mali, plusieurs centaines de personnes ont manifesté ce samedi, à Bamako, contre les violences faites aux femmes. Elles exigent que leur pays adopte une législation spécifique sur ces questions. L’arrestation lundi de l’artiste Sidiki Diabaté pour des faits présumés de coups et séquestration sur son ex-compagne a relancé le débat.

Women organization must begin self- defense classes plus obligate their members to partake in those classes including use of firearms. Most gender violence perpetrators are less likely to enact violence where he know he may die.
Men must be manly in this matter plus act by any means necessary to end gender violence their fellow males carry out. No man have right to subject females to gender violence thus all who do should be subjected to punishment whether female subjected to that violence from him will it or not. That punishment must be as severe as violence carried out.
