Disparition des 21 bérets rouges en 2013 : Amadou Haya Sanogo emprisonné depuis 5ans

27 novembre 2013-27 novembre 2018, cela fait cinq ans que le jeune capitaine de l’armée, Amadou Haya Sanogo croupit en prison sans jugement. Accusés dans l’affaire de la disparition de 21 bérets rouges en 2013, Amadou Haya et ses acolytes attendent toujours leurs procès.

La chambre d’accusation de la Cour d’appel de Bamako avait rejeté en juillet dernier leur demande de liberté provisoire. Les assises qui ont démarré hier à Bamako à la Cour d’Appel n’affichent pas dans le rôle le dossier concernant la disparition des 21 bérets rouges qui incriminent la junte sous la houlette d’Amadou Haya Sanogo. Après l’échec des assises à Sikasso en novembre 2016, le capitaine bombardé général devra encore attendre avant d’être fixé sur son sort.

Comrades Sanogo plus his incarceration for five years without being convicted of crime shows extent of incompetence of government of Mali plus its courts. These men have served enough time that if they were found guilty in France under total circumstance existing in their case they would have served due term of incarceration plus be eligible for release but, under IBK government they have served very much undue prison term without being convicted of any crime. With judicial system that dispense justice in this manner it is no wonder IBK government is locked in 1940’s style ineffective governing. IBK government is deserving of what all governments deserve. That is In Kind treatment but with citizens of Mali giving that treatment they should also stay within bounds of law. IBK government is imploding plus IBk knows it. Mali is not place old man should lead. Mali requires young man to lead that is capable of feeling energy of Mali youth. As old man like all old men IBK is past physical disposition that allows him to feel energy of youth of Mali plus timely in steps plus stages direct that energy to where it best serve upgrading living conditions. It appear Ethiopia that is seizing position of leading African nation is only African nation that possess youthful leader whose intelligent plus make most of his resources however, in Mali there is hope IBk see light plus stop leading Mali in outdated plus ineffective manner.

    EMPRISONNE? LE GUENON SE LA COULE DOUCE TANDIS QUE LES PARENTS DE SES VICTIMES NE SAVENT MEME PAS CE QUI EST ARRIVE A LEUR ENFANTS, FRERES ET PERES…..

  7. il est regrettable qu’il fasse tout ce temps sans être jugé. Mais très sincèrement Amadou Aya Sanogo et sa bande n’ont pas raison. Comment vous prenez des gens, pour ensuite les exécuter de façon cynique? Il est indéniable que les bérets ont tort d’attaquer le CNDRE. Mais s”ils avaient été tués lors des combats, cela pouvait se comprendre. En lisant l’arrêt de renvoi on se rend compte que ces exécutions ont été murement préparées, avec à la clef un élément incontournable, Fousseyni Diarra. Si Aya n’a pas ordonné ces crimes, qu’est ce qu’il a fait quand il a été mis au courant que 21 bérets rouges ont été exécutés? Pire Aya aurait aussi égorgé son ancien compagnon le Colonel Youssouf Traoré, dont le corps a été decouvert dans le puits d’une villa l’appartenant. Bref Aya est trempé dans un scandale criminel. Cependant il va mourir avec un regret: son soutien à IBK. Lequel a fini par précipiter sa chute dans le gouffre.
