We should not forget that IBK “blackmailed” drug addict Ras Bath into urging youth of Mali to follow Soumaila Cisse’. Ras Bath reward was not to go to prison for one that judge had sentenced Ras Bath for violating laws. It is obvious that drug addict Ras Bath will not hesitate to mislead young plus old voters to stay out of prison for one year. Thus we should not trust candidate that Ras Bath lead us to especially when that candidate is under IBK “thumb” as Soumaila Cisse’ have been for years.
   Promotion of Soumalia Cisse’ as top two presidential candidate by IBK cronies is attempt to mislead people of Mali to having runoff election IBK know he will win.
   Under total circumstance of security needs plus development needs of Mali only Moussa Coulibaly is correct choice to lead Mali as president for next five years. We must not allow trickery of IBK plus his cronies to lead us astray to five more years of undue poverty plus lack of due upgrades in living conditions.
   IBK had his chance but did not perform nearly as well as IBK should have perform plus could have performed.
