En visite au Mali, le Conseil de sécurité de l’ONU veut plaider pour le retour d’un pouvoir civil

Une délégation du Conseil de sécurité est attendue samedi à Bamako pour inciter le Mali à revenir à un pouvoir civil après deux putschs en neuf mois, dans une région en proie aux violences jihadistes et intercommunautaires.

Une délégation du Conseil de sécurité de l’ONU, comprenant notamment l’ambassadrice américaine aux Nations unies, Linda Thomas-Greenfield, est attendue samedi 23 octobre dans l’après-midi à Bamako pour pousser le Mali à revenir à un pouvoir civil après deux putschs en neuf mois, dans une région en proie aux violences jihadistes et intercommunautaires. Elle “rencontrera les plus hautes autorités maliennes ainsi que plusieurs représentants des institutions républicaines”.

Le Conseil s’entretiendra aussi avec “les groupes armés signataires (de l’accord de paix de 2015) et la société civile”, a annoncé la Mission de l’ONU au Mali (Minusma) dans un communiqué.

Après le Mali, la délégation du Conseil de sécurité se rendra dimanche au Niger voisin, dont l’ambassadeur à l’ONU codirige ce déplacement avec son homologue français.

  2. Nous ne savions pas que notre Pays était si important aux yeux de l’occident, il y a 3 pouvoir militaires dans la sous région et seul le Mali est pris pour le cible, qu’est ce que le Mali a fait de particularité si tout le monde (sauf quelques un) se tourne contre nous ?
    Défendre son pays contre tous menaces est devenu un crime depuis combien de temps ?
    Notre Pays était sous toutes sortes de tortures depuis plusieurs années ( la série de tueries de notre armée, le massacre de la population, le pilages de budget et/ou ressources de notre pays et autres), et le Mali n’a reçu AUCUNE DÉLÉGATION DE QUI QUE CE SOIT.
    Tout çà, c’est bien un signe probable que la crise actuelle de notre Pays n’est pas une simple question de terroristes, c’est aussi profond que cela.

    L’ONU et ses délégations doivent se réjouir en tant que défenseur de droit de l’homme sur les efforts que le gouvernement Malien est entrain de faire, en aucun cas, ils doivent s’opposer.
    Nous n’avons pas besoin un civile au pouvoir de suite, car cela serait un nouveau catastrophe qui ajouterait cel que nous vivons en ce moment et c’est depuis plusieurs années.

    Comme M. ASSIMI GOÏTA et son gouvernement n’obtiennent aucun soutien de L’ONU et ses délégations, vis-à-vis pour la résolution de la crise malienne, il faut et rapidement que ASSIMI aille (par un biais de son gouvernement) confier et confier le Mali entièrement à M POUTINE et aux Gouvernements RUSSE et sans tarder , c’est le seul moyen pour faire face à tous ces menaces, ainsi, quoi qu’il arrive, le Mali pourrait s’en sortir, sinon, tout ça ne va durer car le Mali seul n’a pas de pouvoir pour contrôler toutes les situations, le danger est GRAND ET PROFOND, À L’HEURE ACTUELLE SEUL LES RUSSES QUI PEUVENT ÉQUILIBRER LA BALANCE.
    On a vu en Syrie, si M. ALASSAD est encore vivant en étant au pouvoir en SYRIE aujourd’hui, c’est grâce aux soutiens des autorités RUSSES, sinon, la suite était connue.
    Je propose à M ASSIMI GOÏTA de passer la vitesse supérieure au lieu de d’entamé tous ces négociations qui n’aboutirons rien de positif en faveur de notre Pays, car tant que vous ne travaillez pas à leurs soldes, ils ne vous lâcheront JAMAIS.

A delay of one year or less in order to have election that reflect actual vote plus close all loopholes allowing corruption with impunity is well within sound plus beneficial to Malians reasoning. Ultimate goal should be to benefit Malians. It do not warrant plea for return to civilian rule at earliest possible moment causing chaos instead it warrant cooperation of international community both inside plus outside Africa. However, whatever decision on that issue insult of UN meeting with terrorists/ jahadists /violent criminals groups that signed unconstitutional plus illegal peace agreement made by cocaine addict corrupt President IBK is undue plus should be avoided being it only stroke flame of ongoing war promoting that terrorists/ jahadists /violent criminals are correct to continue to spread their murderous, raping, robbing plus property destroying violence. These murderous criminals have no claim on any parts of Mali plus their legitimate claim are in Algeria plus Libya.

    Being I am present in United States I know it is accepted for most part without contesting that caucasians must disrespect Negroids. United States ambassador to UN is female “diplomatic tap dancers plus step N fetch it” as in diplomatic tap dancers one who conduct self as if they determine actions to be taken in accordance with facts before them plus step n fetch it being actual truth of their position where without regards for facts or taking action in accordance with facts as slave beholden to her master desire she will make her determination what her master say it should be. In 2001 upon being granted parole I begin to share info with African Americans that billionaire African Americans did not possess plus I was frowned upon plus likely call liar. What I told them 20 years ago is now coming to light that is within United States only those having water cycle will be saved. Of course with United States long range planning as I was taught as child in Texas future leaders science club government ultimate planning is for 50 to 100 years ahead based on issue likely scientific evolution thus Saved certainly fit last year’s of life in United States under Global Warming. Now that we have reached doorsteps of Global Warming stupid sharecropper niggers still think God will save them when God gave them from onset all needed to save themselves but they chose not too.     Sait-il que le Mali et toute la sous-région sont plongés dans l’insécurité totale depuis près de 9 ans?
    Quand un CONSEIL DE SÉCURITÉ se présente dans une zone en proie à l’insécurité, les populations s’attendent plutôt qu’il leur parle de la SÉCURITÉ….
