That meeting was filled with stupid rhetoric as it neglected truth about France, saw ECOWAS as toothless plus clawless lion that constantly contradict itself plus do not fulfill it’s role. Unfortunately opinion about ECOWAS have stunning amount of truth however, they were wrong about Russia or/ plus Wagner role in Africa plus Sahel. It is to assist in neutralizing terrorists to extent nations may manage their security thereafter. They are not in Africa to nation build. They are practical thereof willing to help solve security from terrorists problems that once solved allow those African nations to facilitate self building. That is what African nations wanted from french plus it’s partners but could not get.
