Le Mali est un pays maudit je ne vois pas comment ce pays pourra un jour relevé la tete, un pays où le salaire représente une infine partie du revenu, dans les pays qui se respectent on intègre les avantages en nature dans le revenu pour le calcul de l’impôt sur le revenu. En effet un député touche 350.000 CFA mais mais multiplie facilement par 6 ou 7 ce salaire si on y ajoute les primes et avantages en nature et toit ça n’est que la partie visible de l’iceberg. Quelle farce ? Si on accordait les mêmes faveurs à tous les fonctionnaires c’est à dire primes et avantages en nature qui multiplie le salaire par 7 la corruption cessera d’exister aussitot.chaque malien fait avec les moyens du bord tout le monde vole l’État. Avec ces primes et avantages en nature les députés vident le mot salaire de son sens.

Les indemnités et primes astronomiques pour les députés : – Le président de l’Assemblée nationale empoche 25 millions F CFA d’indemnités de souveraineté par mois – Chaque député touche 2 millions F CFA par mois en période de session
A mon avis c’est trop pour député malien là ou nous sommes,par ce que le Mali commence à sortir une double crise, normalement les députés devraient y pensé les pauvres et le budget nationale.
NB : au Mali, j’ai constaté une chose la majorité des maliens cherchent leurs intérêts personnels,sinon en 2012 et à la fin de 2013 au moment de la transition certain député à parlé à la radio que : les indemnités et primes astronomiques pour les députés sont beaucoup pour les députés maliens et de nos jours il n’ont pas refuser 25 millions F CFA d’indemnités de souveraineté par mois,ni 2 millions F CFA par mois en période de session

Il faudrait accepter que ceux qui nous représentent soient dignement récompenses. En retour ils ne pourront pas s’opposer a la récompense du mérite de certains d’entre nous. l’évolution salariale se fait ainsi, et il faut éviter de vouloir tout niveller par le bas. Acceptons de gaité de cœur cette augmentation et soyons vigilant et exigeant pour les résultats.

Ils subissent le poids de cette vie , car le salaire ne permet même pas de tenir une bonne semaine. Il n’y a pas si longtemps, les produits pétroliers ont augmenté, la Somagep ne finit pas de voler les paisibles populations avec sa double TVA.Tout est cher dans cette vie et l’UNTM reste sourde, aveugle, figée comme du marbre.Si c’est comme ça qu’on va lutter contre la corruption,;mais dites vous que vous êtes entrain de passer à côté.Privilégier une minorité au profit de la majorité, mais quelle façon de gouverner.A quand la fin du clanisme? En tout cas nous n’avons que nos yeux pour pleurer car un tel comportement ne fait que nous 😆

Pour faire un bon article, il serait bien de faire la comparaison entre les primes et avantages du député de l’assemblée sortante et ceux de l’actuelle. Ces temps-ci on entend beaucoup dénoncer dans les journaux télévisés, les ravages que font subir les braconniers, à la faune sauvage Africaine. J’ai l’impression que plus on en parle, plus le phénomène perdure, car ça fait des années qu’on dénonce le braconnage et ça ne change rien. Les Africains ne comprennent pas que leur faune sauvage est si riche qu’elle fait des jaloux sur d’autres Continents. C’est par jalousie qu’ils viennent piller notre faune en donnant de l’argent à des braconniers Africains qui font le sale boulot à leur place. IL faudrait une prise de conscience Africaine, une sensibilisation dans tous les pays Africains pour qu’ils arrêtent de piller leur propre patrimoine au profit des gens qui les jalousent pour la beauté de leur faune sauvage.
Par comparaison: un congressman Americain (l’equivalent d’un deputé Malien) gagne $174,000 Us!

Alla Hou Akbar. Mais avec cette charge inimaginable de l’assemblée Nationale du Mali, il s’agit des primes et indemnités du président de l’assemblée nationale et des députés. où nous voulons allé? Et comment? Je pense qu’il faut cacher cela aux bailleurs de fonds. Il faut vite revoir ces sommes astronomiques à une baisse sensible. Je sais maintenant pourquoi les gens se lèvent les collets pour être député. Je pense qu’il ,nous faut faire la politique de nos moyens. Cela me fait honte de voire de telles indemnités et primes pour les députés de l’un des pays les plus pauvres de la planète. Si nous continuons comme ça DIEU peut nous sauver mais il le ferra pas. Mieux vaut ne pas connaitre certaines tristes réalités du pays. Que DIEU sauve le Mali. AMEN.
c’est maintenant que les choses sérieuses commencent. celui qui sème le vent, récoltera la tempête. et celui qui élit des “glouton-crates, payera la facture, aussi salée soit-elle… et tout cela n’est que la partie visible de l’iceberg, car il y a toute la gabegie invisible mais bien réelle (restauration et rénovation de résidences de fonctions ou privées, renouvèlement du parc automobile, etc…) que le peuple supportera à sa seule et exclusive charge.
