PLATEFORME REMPART POUR LE MALI

MEETING DE SOUTIEN A L’ARMÉE NATIONALE

Nous, leaders d’associations de la société civile, leaders religieux, syndicats, militants de partis politiques d’oppositions, leaders d’opinion :

– Inquiets par le regain de tensions au nord et au centre du Mali ;

– Interpellés par le nombre de pertes en vie humaine depuis le 1er Janvier 2018, (80 pertes en vie humaine dont 29 FAMA au 31 Janvier 2018, trois agents de douane, et une vingtaine de civiles) ;

– Inquiets par l’incapacité du régime incompétent, désavoué et corrompu de IBK, à apporter de réelles solutions pour préserver la vie de nos concitoyens ;

– Conscients de la nécessité de rassembler les maliens de toutes obédiences autour du Mali et de son armée en souffrance ;

Face à cette tragédie,

Décidons de créer une structure de veille citoyenne dénommée « PLATEFORME REMPART POUR LE MALI ». L’objectif étant, de rassembler les Maliens de tous les bords autour de notre Armée Nationale pour sauver le Mali et ses fils.

Maliens de tout bord, l’heure du réveil a sonné.

Mobilisons-nous, pour apporter notre soutien à l’armée ce samedi 03 février 2018 à la Bourse du travail de 15h00 à 18H30.

  1. comrades I do agree with you it is in best interest of Security plus Order of Mali for people of Mali to come together as a coalition where all may have input plus we may choose of ideas in our best interest. However, we all need to accept some operational rules to make our coalition be efficient, well meaning plus work in our best interest. To start someone must lead. That someone need be most fitting for Mali total circumstance. It is obvious from a basis of lack of due progress over decades if not centuries that due leadership should be youthful plus mature. For it is Elders in leadership who have prevented development of Perpetual World Class Modern Living in Mali. Of course Elders should have input but it should be of a lesser degree as in advisers plus neighborhood or/plus community developers.
    It is for mature plus youthful to lead Mali on a national plus international basis.
    MOUSSA COULIBALY is youthful have adequate training plus experience to quickly plus suitably organize young adults plus youths of Mali in a manner using acceptable steps plus stages to timely advance whole nation of Mali to Perpetual World Class Modern Living.
    MOUSSA COULIBALY possess intelligence to perceive that to productively plus by acceptable modern methods move Mali developmentally forward coordinating manual labor with machines plus technology. We must assist military in bringing about Security plus Order throughout Mali. No area of Mali should be left out of Security plus Order being where there is not Security plus Order there will not be Perpetual World Class Modern Living.
    MOUSSA COULIBALY possess intelligence to perceive our ultimate goal despite possession in some instances of above average challenges may be performed however, due to lack of adequate modern equipment we must apply a combination of manual labor plus machine labor with ingenuity of people of Mali having a major role. For it will be ingenuity that provide for us to overcome above average challenges of lack of enough modern equipment in a timely manner. Ingenuity, maturity plus youthful leadership with Elders in support are a fitting combination that throughout history of humans have yield great results but have not been given due credit for those results.
    MOUSSA COULIBALY knows that to timely move people of Mali to Perpetual World Class Modern Living there need be a combination effort between young adults plus Army of Mali to construct plus man bases throughout Mali where chains of bases with airstrips for airplanes plus helicopters may be housed in impenetrable security. This means communities need be built within those bases housing only those who are identified as members of development Army or Military of Mali. All should possess necessary credentials to enter plus leave bases. Bases will be constructed with entrenchment in layers which prohibit blitz entry by vehicles of enemy in violent assault plus condition will make all out ground assault by terrorists a suicidal failure.
    To do this take manpower but in worst of times it may seems benefits are only suitable living conditions of food, living quarters, clothing, medical treatment, on job training in modern professions especially modern building construction plus some recreation. However, these young adults will be at or near front of Mali development of Perpetual World Class Modern Living.
    People of Mali are entering into stage of development of Perpetual World Class Modern Living where it is established that only stupidity may stop us but, being we for to long have suffered from giving undue honor to stupidity I do not believe we will be stopped. All among us who believe or accept we may be stopped are expendable plus should get out way to allow those whose dedicated to our success plus all goodness their positive attitude bring work in lead.

Si ces salopards veulent vraiment aider l’armée qu’ils ne privent des mots car ils ont déjà trop parlé. L’heure est à l’action et non au soutien fait uniquement de vaines paroles.

    • Bien sûr que sur le papier on peut être contractuel dans l’armée ! C’est comme le recrutement qui est ouvert à tous, sans considérations ethnique ou raciale mais la réalité est autre. Pourquoi chercher des contractuels quand les jeunes de Gao ne parviennent pas à intégrer l’armée ? Vous vous souvenez…. ? C’est eux qui ont pris des couteaux de cuisine contre le MNLA et ils ont été épaulés par le MUJAO pour mettre fin au règne du MNLA. Aujourd’hui c’est le même MNLA qui est catégoriquement opposé à leur entrée dans l’armée et l’état les laisse tomber. Ceux d’entre eux qui veulent contourner cette barrière doivent oublier le programme d’insertion et venir débourser 500 ou 600 milles FCFA à Bamako pour acheter une place dans le programme de recrutement régulier.
