Dans une interview à RTVI, le chef de l’état-major de l’armée de l’air du Mali a expliqué la décision de Bamako de rompre ses relations diplomatiques avec Kiev.
Le Mali ne constitue une menace pour aucun pays étranger, ce qui n’est pas le cas des autres États qui violent la souveraineté malienne, a déclaré sur RTVI le chef de l’état-major de l’armée de l’air du Mali.
Selon le général Alou Boï Diarra, il est “inacceptable” qu’un État étranger déclare sa participation à un affrontement avec les forces armées maliennes sur le territoire national, à la suite duquel des soldats sont tués.
Alou Boï Diarra a précisé que dans une telle situation le gouvernement ne pouvait pas agir autrement.
