Vladimir Poutine participera au sommet Russie-Afrique fin juillet à Saint-Pétersbourg, selon son porte-parole Dmitri Peskov. Les préparatifs du sommet qui prévoit de nombreux événements chargés battent leur plein.
Le porte-parole du Kremlin Dmitri Peskov a évoqué à la presse les préparatifs du forum et du sommet Russie-Afrique.
“Des préparatifs intenses pour ce forum sont en cours. Nous nous attendons à des événements bien représentatifs. Je dirais même qu’ils seront bien chargés. Nombre d’événements seront également organisés en marge du sommet”, a-t-il raconté.
Il a également répondu à une question sur la participation de Vladimir Poutine au sommet.
“Oui, sans aucun doute. Bien sûr.”

As I have been saying for years Russians are reliable. We have great partner with President Putin plus Russian people. reliability is not something that you try to replace. Neither will we but we are open to do equitable business with world.

As you see this communique by me is coming from Detroit, Michigan main library branch. My communication device was stolen several days ago by some caucasian American who recognized me plus I guess do not like us. Amandla! It will be sometime before I obtain another Communication device. I have been informed plus likely you have been also that moment I have been waiting for is near. I will have to put some affairs in order before I come for medical treatment plus to obtain some staffing. I will not have any definitive information at earliest unto next week.
It seem since “big screwup” state of Michigan is extra slow in dealing with me despite what I was told over telephone. They seem to be happy professional liars but state of Texas will give us as we would like plus it will cost only 300 dollars as oppose to straightening out Michigan Constitutional violation “mess’ in court which is certain to cost tens of thousands or hundred thousand or as much as million dollars dependent on how far we would have to go tp properly litigate that Constitutional mess. I would rather give money to some family of need that it would help become self sufficient. I was told despite fact he will not come out front that former president Obama plus Michigan Lieutenant Governor Gilchrist plus Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel all had part. It was lowdown dirty trick. As I was undergoing licensing, rule was redefined without notice with me unknowing being held to new rule. I included lengthy operation process notice. It was returned saying they did not need it. That notice gave cause to inform me of changes. They did not . Thought they were doing something slick to set me up for lawsuit. I would have shutdown. Under Texas license we will not be able to operate in Michigan due to Michigan requirements but may operate in another state in this region of country. I was diverted to Pennsylvania(Pittsburgh-I do not know who diverted me) to have look at it as place but my thoughts were elsewhere. I did not like way that was done but Pittsburgh seem nice for most part.
