In that nutshell but important statement Prime Minister Sonko of Senegal made he with our fully comprehending left out most dynamic point. NATO democracy do not work in Africa but government he lead is trying to show it is possible. Due to oversight Prime Minister Sonko have not accepted that NATO democracy as set forth due to its high financial cost must have something to plunder to pay its bills. When NATO democracy is unable to plunder it at alarming rate create peasants among its citizens. Rich always maintain acquiring plus manipulating wealth available. Although we have greatest of hope for Senegalese democracy plus within our hope hope for democracy that stop making peasants of Negroid Africans who should be living comfortable world class modern living.
I whole heartedly agree that it is for citizens of African nations to solve their problems with assistance from their neighbors where feasible. For certain we should not allow incompetent management of neighboring nation burden our nation beyond our ability. Instead we should as appropriate for total circumstance assist in resolving neighboring nations internal problems. Excellent example now existing in Sahel nations is war in Sudan have to million Sudanese migrants due to war now burdening Chad. I have not reviewed information on how many Sudanese migrants burden Ethiopia. However, it is most appropriate for Chad plus Ethiopia to coordinate their military might to provide for God speed solution to war in Sudan at financially lowest cost capable of coming about.
