Security conditions for Africans that were suppose to be competent have not improved with NATO militaries presence. In fact in many ways security have grown worse. It appear only place there is competent security is in immediate areas of NATO military bases despite fact terrorists continue to attack civilians in same areas. Sad truth is Africans are experiencing plus accepting that if you would like competent security you must provide it yourself. With that being condition there is no valid reason to have NATO military presence plus NATO militaries under that condition should be released to go home. Chad is respectful plus pleasant in indicating this condition. Likely United States would like order to leave in blunt no nonsense language. United States tendency is to act stupid when you will not kiss its ass.
