Des centaines de sans-papiers arrêtés aux États-Unis

Des centaines d’arrestations ont été opérées lors de razzias menées contre des sans-papiers dans au moins six états américains, rapporte vendredi (heure locale) le Washington Post sur base d’informations provenant des autorités de l’immigration. Il s’agirait de la plus grande action de ce type menée depuis l’entrée en vigueur de mesures renforcées contre l’immigration illégale, le 26 janvier dernier.

Selon le Washington Post, ces opérations ont surtout été dirigées contre des illégaux qui ont commis des faits répréhensibles. Toutefois, des immigrants en situation irrégulière sans passif judiciaire auraient aussi été arrêtés. Les autorités de l’immigration confirment que des actions ont été menées à Atlanta, Chicago, New York, Los Angeles ainsi qu’en Caroline du nord et du sud.

Environ 11 millions de personnes vivent sans papiers aux USA.

  3. Comrades for me personally it is most undesirable to have like arrests occur but it is a result of incompetence by a president or presidents before Trump. Instead of at time these people entered into America having them take necessary steps to comply with laws they waived violation off as if it did not matter however, after multiple presidents having passed “buck” of improper immigration on to next there come a president Trump who declare himself before becoming president as president of law plus order thus, obligate himself to clean up this immigration mess which should not have occurred. All immigrants should be here under a condition which provide for them to legally be here where that condition did not exist it should have immediately been corrected by American authorities. In stead American authorities waited unto they have excess 13 million immigrants illegally here then decide condition should be corrected. Personally I dislike fact they chose February 10 to begin to enforce correction of condition. For me February 10 is a special day. It was February 10, 1966 that my Father was killed in automotive accident. I still recall what I was doing plus what I was wearing at exact time accident was to have occurred. For past 51 years I usually take a break with sole intention of examining my actions during day of that accident. I tend to dislike hearing of people getting tough with one another on like day but, it happened. If only years ago whatever president this started with would have obligated those immigrants to do right thing this problem would not exist plus America could have maintained a condition of lawfully keeping all it allow to immigrate but, I believe as I was told that a president allowed illegal immigration to gain Latin American citizens vote. Well again it is proven that was stupid plus a stupid leader is incompetent leader. Now someone else is left to clean up stupid mess. Whether we like it or not that someone is Trump. Do right thing.
