Le bâtonnier Moustapha Cissé prend la tête de l’Autorité indépendante de gestion des élections (AIGE). Le brillant et discret avocat a été élu, ce vendredi 28 octobre, par ses pairs. Moustapha Cissé est avec, le général Siaka Sangaré et Mme Nana Sanou, l’un des trois membres de l’AIGE nommés par le président de la Transition, le colonel Assimi Goïta.
Actuel bâtonnier de l’Ordre des avocats du Mali, Me Moustapha Cissé est un produit de l’Ecole nationale de l’administration du Mali. A la tête de l’AIGE, Moustapha Cissé est en terrain connu dans le domaine d’organisation des élections. Il a eu la tâche d’organiser l’élection présidentielle de 2002 en tant que président de la Commission électorale nationale indépendante (CENI).

It is good to know members of election commission are well qualified plus will make certain that every essential plus important component in having election is in place plus properly functioning. As result we should not expect violent conduct by those of losing party. If claim of unjust election rise we should expect all citizens of Mali to allow legal process to be carried out. In nutshell when you arrest all known lower level criminals you cause more focus to be at upper levels that interact with criminals.
