1. This appear to be very good action but I hereby respectfully ask that government be inclusive? Therefore not only provide training for those of so called honorable plus Establishment family of Mali but also for those of low income that are educated or may easily become more educated but are not of Establishment family.
   This kind of training in evince why we should now more vigorously pursue exposing corruption without regard of to what family perpetrator might be from. Under no circumstance should family honor exempt its members from being investigated for corruption. Especially when appropriate apology may be rendered if investigator committed questionable action while investigating person from Establishment. There is nothing complicated about this line of reasoning.
   Our history show where we allow persons to be above law we open door to perpetual plus widespread incompetence that now have us blindly on passage to lack of world class modern living development plus genocide.
