  1. As after thought I hope you all to some degree come to same conclusion I did concerning progressive teaching curriculum in Mali students plus Mali as nation best interest. With that curriculum from onset of primary school through high school or/ plus vocation school being designed to prepare student attend world universities to be come one of 200 different engineering professionals, or medical professional as physician or nurse etc.
Relevant to that matter is following condition that in part may be managed by university in Mali where research necessary. That is to determine for each engineering position academic qualifications each student best possess plus to what degree that assure student to earn college degree in designated engineering or medical profession. Thereafter group these engineering plus medical professions in four groups relevant to high school or/ plus vocation school achievement necessary. Identify students whose high school academic achievement indicate they will fulfill university requirement for becoming a particular engineer. Thereafter recommend students of desired high school or/ plus vocation achievement preferred to pursue designated engineering or medical profession fitting their high school academic achievement. Thereto throughout high school inform students of their engineering group academic fulfillment plus encourage high academic achievement students to pursue more challenging engineering or medical positions. Government will set rewards for students who fulfill needed engineering plus medical positions.

To set Mali on right course we must limit government positions to their true value. Few positions of politics have very high value where there is training course for 1 to 2 years on being capable diplomat. Politicians have in too many cases taking their poetic speaking value hundreds of times beyond worth. We must correct that to save Mali plus quickly upgrade living conditions.
    Work smart Mali.

    PS
I still have visions of my desalination pipelines bringing salt water to desert to be desalinated in abundance for use in growing crops, trees plus daily care. It is worth initial cost that severely reduce once all in place plus rising oceans caused by global warming favor that project plus benefits. This would transform living conditions of Mali oil fields plus make those communities welcome place to live.

  3. Well it is good we have working arrangement with arguably most important workers in our community. Teachers!
As I have somewhat made ritual offering to students again I do this year. It is sharing deduction system. I designed system from multiple systems before my children entered college years ago. It is time consuming but extremely effective method of making deduction or speaking as engineers plus medical professionals often must do. It is somewhat problem analysis marvel.
It start by deducting who, what, when, where plus why of condition then applying how, how long, how much plus how often analysis to those divisions from least to most important factors within those division in their various steps plus stages plus their relation to one another.
We expect our students to academically plus by conduct to be best they are able to be at given moment. Nothing less.
Think plus work smart students of Mali.

    • As a professional in the field of education for more than 20 years, I am very familiar with the issues confronting education in America and in African countries such as Mali. As a senior career teacher with many degrees and many certifications including the Principal Certification, you can trust me when I tell you that the fact that many of our schools do not teach anymore is due to many factors including poor funding system for schools. It is my opinion that the majority of my fellow teachers in Mali are not qualified to stand in front of the students in a classroom. Yes, the teachers should have a better salary, but more importantly, they need to be taught work ethics and professionalism.
kankan, WE NEED TO INVEST IN OUR KIDS BY ALLOWING THEM TO HAVE SCHOOLS THAT TEACH!!!!
As of now, 90% of schools in my beloved Mali do not teach!!! The solutions exist and they are well known, but the willingness to do the right things is absent!

      • Idiot, nobody will believe that you are from the education sector, you are a fake animal who does not understand what this world is about. Your Boua IBK is gone with his corrupt regime and forever, he was a disaster for Mali, so let us rebuild our school system without your Boua and you a great father fucker!

        • Mr. STUPID, I strongly advise you to reread your comment in order to realize how stupid you are!!! You are nothing but a bully, a stupid person person, and a fucked up mother fucker with no clue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
