Au centre du Mali, les manifestants mécontents de la présence des forces étrangères sur leur territoire ont pris très tôt d’assaut, ce matin, le camp des Nations Unies à Sévaré. Plusieurs dégâts matériels sont à déplorer, selon une source locale.
Maliweb.net – La situation demeure tendue dans le centre du Mali malgré la visite de quarante huit heures du Premier ministre, Dr Boubou Cissé. Une manifestation organisée ce matin par les jeunes de la ville de Sévaré pour dénoncer la présence des forces étrangères a dégénéré à la vandalisation du camp de la MINUSMA. L’entrepôt où plusieurs conteneurs étaient stockés ont été saccagé par une foule incontrôlée qui ont emporté tout à son passage: Matelas, vivres, climatiseurs, bois de menuiserie et autres outils indispensables pour le travail du personnel des Nations Unies. Ils auraient également brûlé quelques véhicules sans parvenir à emporter des armes parce qu’elles étaient gardées dans un endroit plus sécurisé près de l’aéroport.
Une source locale nous rapporte que la plupart des manifestants ou pilleurs étaient des enfants, qui auraient commencé par des jètes des cailloux en direction des casques bleues postés devant le camp. Des casques bleus soutenus par quelques militaires auraient été incapables de dissuader avec les tirs de gaz lacrymogènes les pilleurs de pénétrer de force au sein du camp. Selon toujours notre source, les militaires, dans l’incapacité de résister devant les manifestants déterminés à en découdre avec eux, ont finalement abandonné le camp à la merci des pilleurs. Pour préserver leur sécurité, le personnel civil du camp de la MINUSMA serait retranché à l’autre camp des Nations Unies contigu à l’aéroport de la ville. Au moment où nous mettons en ligne aucune perte en vie humaine n’est à déplorer des deux côtés à part une scène d’importants dégâts matériels.
Depuis le début de la semaine, les populations de cette ville au centre du Mali, qui abrite des dispositifs logistiques très importants de la MINUSMA, avaient donné les signaux des évènements d’aujourd’hui lors d’une première manifestation qui avait mobilisée plusieurs personnes. Hier vendredi, c’était le tour des épouses des militaires, s’opposant au déploiement de leurs époux sur Boulkessi, avaient bloqué tous les accès au camp de l’armée malienne. Dans la soirée du même vendredi, certains manifestants avaient également tenté de bloquer le cortège du Chef du gouvernement à l’aéroport de Mopti.

After the arrival of Spanish soldiers in Peru,[8] local people began dying in great number from Eurasian infectious diseases that were chronic among the invaders. These spread by contact across the New World by indigenous peoples along trading routes, often years ahead of direct contact with the invaders. Intermarriage Edit
From the earliest years, Spanish soldiers and colonists intermarried with the indigenous women. The Spanish officers and elite married into the Inca elite, and other matches were made among other classes. A sizeable portion of the Peruvian population is mestizo, of indigenous and European ancestry, speaking Spanish, generally Roman Catholic, and assimilated as the majority culture.
In the late 19th century, major planters in Peru, particularly in the northern plantations, and in Cuba, recruited thousands of mostly male Chinese immigrants as laborers, referred to as “coolies.” Because of the demographics, in Peru these men married mostly non-Chinese women, many of them indigenous Peruvians, during that period of a Chinese migration to Peru.[9] In the late 20th and 21st centuries, many scholars have studied these unions and the cultures their descendants created.[10][11][12][13][14][15][16]
The Chinese also had contact with Peruvian women in cities, where they formed relationships and sired mixed-race children. Typically the indigenous women had come from Andean and coastal areas to work in the cities. Chinese men favored marriage with them over unions with African Peruvian women. Matchmakers sometimes arranged for mass communal marriages among a group of young Peruvian women and a new group of Chinese coolies. They were paid a deposit to recruit women from the Andean villages for such marriages.[10]
In 1873 the New York Times reported on the Chinese coolies in Peru, describing their indentured labor as akin to slavery. It also reported that Peruvian women sought Chinese men as husbands, considering them to be a “catch” and a “model husband, hard-working, affectionate, faithful and obedient” and “handy to have in the house”.[17]
As is typical in times of demographic change, some Peruvians objected to such marriages on racial grounds.[18] When native Peruvian women (cholas et natives, Indias, indígenas) and Chinese men had mixed children, the children were called injerto. As adults, injerto women were preferred by Chinese men as spouses, as they had shared ancestry.[18]
According to Alfredo Sachettí, low-class Peruvians, including some black and Indian women, were the ones who established sexual unions or marriages with the Chinese men, . C’est malheureux tout ça . Comment avec la présence au Mali de toutes les armées du monde la sécurité se dégrade de jour en jour ? La France plus particulièrement est à la base de la situation généralisée d’insecurite dans le pays. Elle sait comment elle est arrivée et avec quel agenda , qui est loin de ramener la paix et la quiétude mais pour le diviser . Les maliens doivent comprendre que s’agissant du départ des forces étrangères , il ne faut pas faire de différence entre la force française Barkhane et la MINUSMA. Elles sont les deux faces d’une même monnaie. Au sein de la MINUSMA ce sont les français qui occupent les postes stratégiques en matière de sécurité . Elles doivent ces forces du mal doivent toutes quitter le sol malien .
