The office manager will organise and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth and efficient running of the office. S/he will carry out a range of administrative, logistical and IT-related tasks, depending on the needs.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES • Fluency in French and English • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field • USAID, UN, or DFID donor experience • Strong experience in financial management. • Experience with procurement of goods and services • Knowledge of office administration • Excellent interpersonal skills • Effective verbal and listening • Communications skills • Attention to detail • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information • Very effective organizational skills • Effective written communications skills • Computer skills including the spreadsheet and wordprocessing programs, and e-mail at a highly proficient level • Time management skills • Be flexible • Demonstrate sound work ethic
