La Cnas/Faso-Hèrè rappelle à toutes les forces étrangères intervenant au Mali en vertu des résolutions pertinentes du Conseil de sécurité de l’ONU que la Minusma a pour mandat, entre autres, de contribuer au rétablissement de l’autorité de l’Etat malien dans tout le pays et à la traduction en justice des auteurs de crimes de guerre et de crimes contre l’humanité commis au Mali.
Dans ce contexte, le BPN de la Cnas/Faso-Hèrè s’étonne que, près de deux ans après le vote de la résolution 2100 du Conseil de sécurité, rien n’ait été entrepris, à ce jour, dans le sens du cantonnement et du désarmement des groupes armés mettant en danger l’intégrité territoriale et le caractère républicain, démocratique et laïc de l’Etat malien.
En conséquence, la Cnas/Faso-Hèrè engage les pouvoirs publics maliens et les forces armées étrangères à tout mettre en œuvre pour une bonne et diligente exécution du mandat de la Minusma.

But the great lie being pushed is that the highway trust cannot support current roadways, & thus we need to increase the revenue it takes in, and nothing could be farther from the truth. Let the taxes generated by the car-buying public service them, & not leech from it to fund other governmental programs.
