9 janvier 2022 – 9 mars 2022, cela fait exactement 2 mois que la Communauté économique des États de l’Afrique de l’Ouest (CEDEAO) et l’Union économique monétaire ouest-africaine (UEMOA) ont imposé des sanctions économiques et financières contre le Mali. Les Maliens cherchent les voies et moyens pour vivre sous les sanctions.
Le Mali est sanctionné financièrement et économiquement par ces organisations sous régionales. Le peuple ramasse les pots cassés de ces sanctions. Les activités sont au ralenti. Le Mali a été écarté par ses collaborateurs. L’objectif de cet embargo est de mettre la pression sur les autorités de la transition malienne afin d’obtenir un délai raisonnable pour les élections à venir. Nonobstant ces 2 mois d’embargo, les autorités maliennes n’ont encore pas donné une date précise pour la fin de la transition.
Nous sommes à terme des 18 mois de la transition accordés aux dirigeants actuels de la transition qui n’ont pas encore fixé une date pour organiser les élections à venir. Le chronogramme de la transition entre 6 mois à 5 ans est maintenu conformément aux recommandations des Assises nationales de Refondation qui a regroupé quasiment toutes les Maliennes et tous les Maliens pour échanger sur l’avenir du Mali.
Pourtant la CEDEAO ne veut pas entendre une transition de 4 à 5 ans qui est un mandat présidentiel. Le bras de fer demeure entre les chefs d’État de la CEDEAO, de l’UEMOA et les autorités maliennes.
Elles font tout pour alléger la souffrance des Maliens. Elles ont redynamisé leur coopération avec la Guinée Conakry qui n’a pas fermé ses frontières avec le Mali. Plusieurs camions ont quitté le pays de Sékou Touré pour le Mali. Le Mali se dirige vers le port de Conakry afin que cet embargo ne puisse pas causer assez de dégâts.
La frontière mauritanienne est nouée pour faciliter l’entrée des produits au Mali. À cause de l’embargo contre le Mali, cette année, le coton malien a été exporté via la Mauritanie. Les autorités maliennes travaillent, nuit et jour, pour que le peuple malien ne sente pas les effets de ces sanctions.
Malgré cela, actuellement le pays est dur. Certains produits de première nécessité sont inaccessibles. D’autres sont même introuvables. Tout est cher maintenant. Rien ne va. Avec tout cela, le Malien soutient ses autorités dans cette situation exceptionnelle que traverse le Mali. Le peuple malien est aussi soutenu par ses frères africains. Plusieurs capitales africaines ont manifesté pour montrer leur soutien aux Maliens.
Après 2 mois sous embargo, les dirigeants maliens et les chefs d’État de la CEDEAO et de l’UEMOA doivent trouver un terrain d’entente afin que les sanctions puissent être levées, sinon les activités sont aux arrêts et le peuple africain, particulièrement malien souffre.
Il y aura un sommet de la CEDEAO, ce mois de mars sur la situation du Mali. Espérons qu’il permettra de trouver une solution à la crise.

I several days ago read article where educated Kenyan politician was totally unaware of Negroid African history to extent that he perceived Negroids were nothing unto caucasians civilized them. That was momentarily hurtful to think educated nigger in Africa was to lazy to investigate comments of foreigners about his descendants even though he knew those foreigners often lied to him. That man hate being Negroid to extent he would not get off his ass to research Negroid history from different sources to find out if what he accept as our lack of accomplishment was in truth all we have managed as humans.
