It is somewhat comforting to know we are to meaningful extent continuing necessary military buildup that will upon delivering necessary plus complete security enable us to more aggressively as feasible pursue comfortable world class modern living conditions under dynamic unstoppable accelerating Global Warming with ultimate goal of achieving self sufficient plus self sustaining existence.
   Continuation of military buildup is absolutely necessary unto we reach ability to easily plus quickly neutralize all terrorists plus do so. There is but one issue we should negotiate with terrorists. It is their unconditional surrender plus compliance with rules we set for that surrender. Unto that day all other negotiations with terrorists should be prohibited.
   As for Malian communities unification plans should be drawn given each village section of United community. That United community should have walls plus limited number of entrances in order to make community easily adequately defended. Walls plus entrenchment all around community except entrances should be designed to make terrorists who are stupid enough or drugged enough to attack communities highly vulnerable to being shot to death before entering community even if they attack on motorcycles. These changes are necessary plus Malians people have paid much too much in having their citizens murdered, raped, kidnapped, robbed plus property destroyed for not already having fulfill this need. This is no time to be lazy plus government should draft plans for building effective sturdy walls as much as possible with materials we have immediate access too.
   Although we are making unbelievable great progress in comparison to conditions year ago or any other time over last ten years we still have far to go plus that may take some time to fulfill. Therefore as feasible we should tailor our FAMA soldiers to do beyond being highly effective killers. As was done in times of Mansa Kankan Musa they should also as group have capacity to build secure world class modern living cities or/ plus communities that possess essential modern conveniences as in electricity, running water plus safe sewage management. Therefore each soldier must be expert trained in skill that will help deliver these conveniences as in construction of solar or/ plus wind energy production, boring of wells for water plus
   mounting storage tanks to hold purified water from those wells plus safe timely movement of sewage from community to designated point where sewage is chemically disinfected before being left to disintegrate. This method will facilitate our need to be positioned to manage war lengthy in time as we suitably move living conditions plus security forward throughout Mali. To give in to continued violence of terrorists only ascertain that terrorists will cleverly pretend to be nonviolent as violent element within group continue to murder, rape, kidnap, rob plus destroy property unto they control enough of Mali to create terrorist state plus thereafter take all of Mali.
   In view of foregoing continued military buildup at pace far beyond clever upgrades of terrorists capacity to murder is absolutely necessary.

   We are grudgingly doing so but we are working our way toward being absolutely practical in governance plus military activity seeking Greater Good favoring Malians.
